Cancellations should be made within 48 hours of your appointment to allow time to try and fill your appointment slot.

For Customers who fail to cancel appointments within the 48 hour window, a full payment of treatment cost will be taken.

Vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, to buy retail products or exchanged for cash.
